Privacy Policy

This page explains what Offbeat AI Watch, the AI newsletter by Shashwat Ghosh of Helix GTM Consulting, collects and why. The privacy page for gtmhelix.com is at gtmhelix.com/privacy.

1. What we collect

• When you sign up: your email address. The form asks for nothing else.
• When you read a page: the servers that deliver the page receive the usual request details, such as your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for. We do not use them to follow you around the site or the web.

2. How the sign-up works now: a form on gtmhelix.com

The sign-up form sends your email address to gtmhelix.com. Netlify, the site's host, keeps it as a form entry and passes it to Shashwat by email. Shashwat keeps the list and adds you for the new season, from late October 2026. The form also has a hidden field that catches spam robots; it holds nothing about you. Netlify handles the address under its own privacy policy. After you press Subscribe you see a thank-you page on gtmhelix.com.

3. When the new season starts: Kit

The newsletter will be sent with Kit (kit.com), an email service. Your email address will then be kept in Kit so that Kit can send you each issue. Every email sent through Kit carries a link to come off the list. Kit handles the address under its own privacy policy. Until then, no email is sent.

4. Where the pages are hosted

The pages are stored on GitHub Pages and served at gtmhelix.com through Netlify. Both see the request details in section 1 so that they can deliver the pages; GitHub says it logs and stores visitors' IP addresses for security. See the GitHub privacy statement and Netlify's privacy policy.

5. Cookies

Offbeat AI Watch pages set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. They load no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Your browser keeps its usual cache of the pages and images.

6. What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your email address, and we use it only to send you Offbeat AI Watch. We share it only with the services named above that do this work, or when the law requires it.

7. Your choices

• To come off the list: email shashwat@gtmhelix.com. Once the newsletter is sent through Kit, you can also use the link in any email.
• To see, correct or delete what we hold about you: email shashwat@gtmhelix.com. We act on your request within 30 days.

8. Children

Offbeat AI Watch is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their email addresses. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will remove the address.

9. Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your email address, we will update this page and the date at the top.
