These terms apply when you read Offbeat AI Watch on gtmhelix.com or sign up for it. Offbeat AI Watch is published by Shashwat Ghosh of Helix GTM Consulting ("we", "us"). By reading the site or signing up, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What Offbeat AI Watch is

A free, fortnightly brief with curated news, analysis and commentary on artificial intelligence for B2B leaders, published on this site and, from the new season in late October 2026, sent by email to people who sign up.

2. Who can sign up

You must be at least 13 years old to sign up. By signing up, you confirm that you are.

3. Signing up and coming off the list

• Signing up: leave your email address in the form. It goes to Formspree, a form service, and Shashwat adds you to the list for the new season. When the newsletter starts, it is sent with Kit, an email service.
• What you receive: each new issue, and now and then a short note about the newsletter itself.
• Coming off the list: email shashwat@gtmhelix.com at any time. Once the newsletter is sent through Kit, you can also use the link in any email.
• Price: the newsletter is free. If we ever add a paid option, we will tell subscribers in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

4. Our content

The articles, analysis, graphics, page design and the name "Offbeat AI Watch" belong to us or to the people we credit, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read the content for your own use and share it with a credit and a link to the original page. Please do not copy, resell or republish it, change it, use it for commercial purposes without our permission, or remove copyright notices.

5. Using the site

Please do not use the site for anything unlawful, try to break into or disrupt it, send harmful code, pretend to be someone else, or collect other people's information from it.

6. No guarantee and no professional advice

Nothing here is financial, legal, technical or other professional advice. Please ask a qualified professional before you act on it. We link to and quote other people's content; we are not responsible for it.

7. Services we use

The sign-up form uses Formspree; the newsletter will be sent with Kit; the pages are stored on GitHub Pages and served through Netlify. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and our privacy policy explains what each one receives.

8. Links to other websites

Issues and reports link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. The site as it is

The site and the newsletter are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, including that they are fit for a particular purpose, do not infringe anyone's rights, or will always work without errors.

10. Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or use, arising from your use of the site or the newsletter or from being unable to use them. Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

11. Claims from your use

You agree to cover us against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your breach of someone else's rights.

12. Changes

We may change the newsletter (its frequency, format or features) or stop it. We may also update these terms; we will post the new terms here and change the date at the top, and we will email subscribers about significant changes. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

13. Ending

We may stop sending you the newsletter if you break these terms, if we stop the newsletter, or at our discretion. You can come off the list at any time, as section 3 explains.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. We will first try to settle any dispute in good faith; if that fails, by arbitration under applicable law; and only then in court.

15. The rest of these terms

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Offbeat AI Watch.
